Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:

For COD orders, payment is made at the time of delivery. Once the product is received, and the payment is made, we do not entertain refunds.
In case of any concerns with the delivered product, please contact our customer service , and we will assist you with an appropriate solution, which may include product replacement or store credit.

Defective or Damaged Products:

We take utmost care to ensure that our products are of the highest quality. If, however, you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service within 3 days of delivery.
Provide clear photos of the defective/damaged product along with your order number for our records.
We will assess the situation and may offer a replacement or store credit.

Returns Policy:

COD Orders:

Since payment is made at the time of delivery for COD orders, we do not accept returns for reasons other than a damaged or defective product.
Please inspect the product at the time of delivery and communicate any issues to our delivery personnel.
Cancellation of Orders:

We allow order cancellations before the product is dispatched. Once the product is out for delivery, cancellations cannot be processed.
